A little bit about me….. I’ll start by saying ‘I don’t like fudge!’ 😂 In all honesty I am not a fan of traditional all butter fudge so when I discovered a different type of fudge back in 2017 I started making it for my family and friends and found that there were others, like me who can now call themselves fudge fans! 🥳 Over the years I’ve experimented with different flavours, measurements, size and shapes and feel I have now created a catalog of perfectly balanced, delicious chocolate fudges using the best ingredients!

As much as my family and friends love my fudge there’s only so much they can eat! So after many years of persuasion I finally said ‘aah fudge… Let’s do it!’
